Description: 
Using special pate sucre tart dough containing spices and ground hazelnuts creates this German seasonal favorite.  It is filled with raspberry jam and the top is finished with a latticework of the same tart dough.  After baking it is sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Serves: 6-8 
Serving Suggestions:
 
This tart should be served cool to room temperature. 
 
 Storage:
After serving the remaining tart should be wrapped and refrigerated.
