Description: 
A pate sucre tart dough shell is baked, cooled and then coated with melted chocolate.  After it has chilled the tart is then filled with a rich pastry cream and finished with a rainbow of fresh fruit covering the top of the tart.

After serving the remaining tart should be wrapped and refrigerated.
