Description: 
Using a single layer of chocolate butter cake for the base creates Chocolate Mousse Cake.  The second layer is a dark Chocolate Mousse followed by the top layer of White Chocolate Mousse.

Serving Suggestions:
 
This cake, as with all mousse cakes, should be served cool. 
The cake should be kept refrigerated and for best results it should be removed from the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before serving. 
 
 Storage:
After serving the remaining cake should be wrapped and refrigerated.
