This is a very
rich flourless cake. It is comprised of three main ingredients: the
very best chocolate, eggs and unsalted butter.
The cake is finished with a chocolate ganache glaze. |

For
best flavor and texture Chocolate Decadence should be served at room temperature.
Do not serve cold.
If the cake has been refrigerated it should be removed
from the refrigerator at least one and a half-hours before serving.

After serving the remaining cake should be refrigerated with cut sides of the cake covered with wax paper to assure freshness. | ||
