Our Cheesecake
is a rich “Philadelphia” style filling over a classic graham crust.
It is finished with sour cream. (Cheesecake topped with Fruit features
fresh fruit (in season) over the sour cream finish.

This
cake, as with all cheese type cakes, should be served cool.
The cake should be kept refrigerated and for best results it should be removed from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. |

After serving the remaining cake should be wrapped and refrigerated. |
